Secondary School Students Arrested For Forming Secret Cult Group

Secondary School Students Arrested For Forming Secret Cult Group – Over 28 teenage cultists were arrested in some public secondary schools in Asaba, Delta State for belonging to a secret cult called ‘Future Trigger Boys’.

The suspected cultists, between the ages of 13 and 16, were nabbed during school hours, following intelligence reports from members of the public.

Confirming the arrests on Saturday, the State Commissioner of Police, CP, Zanna Ibrahim, said 10 out of the 28 suspects were students of Osadenis Grammar School, Asaba.

“They call themselves the ‘Future Trigger Boys’. We were able to arrest these ones, while many others are still on the run.

“These are children, who were sent to school to study but regrettably, they form cult group to terrorise their fellow students and the entire school. Since we arrested them, many of their parents have been on our neck.

“The police are still investigating the activities of the group and the ringleaders who are currently on the run, would be apprehended,” Ibrahim added.

He urged members of the public to continuously avail the command with valuable information that would help the Police checkmate all forms of crimes in the society.
